The local rock, ambient band In Harbour started writing and playing music in the fall of 2007. Their first single "Storms Cloud Break" was made available on their myspace on Christmas day of 2007. The band is made up of four solid and creative musicians headed by front man Brian Seidel (guitars and vocals) and supported by Andrew Schiblla (guitar), Tommy Knautz (Drums) and Andy Frost (Bass).
In the fall of 2008 the band put out their firs
t EP titled "The hardest part is learning to swim." the EP received a strong review from absolutepunk.net. According to absolutepunk.net "It's no surprise that In Harbour is seeing glimpses of bigger things. With barley a year under their belts, this group of youngsters shows a boatload of promise." In Harbour has shared the stage with other local Twin Cities bands such as Red Fox Grey Fox, Backstories, Swimming With Dolphins and Weaver At The Loom. The band also recently reached number one on 97.7 WVOE's "Top 20" for the month of January.
With a promising future ahead for In Harbour all of us in the Twin Cities should keep our eyes on the horizion for the powerful, passionate and dynamic group that is In Harbour.
